General Questions
Do I use a Freelancer or an Agency? Choosing to work with GRV Design rather than an agency has several advantages:
- Skills: You will deal with a single point of multi-disciplinary freelancer who is passionate about your projects and offers wide range of services so you do not have to worry about approaching multiple freelancers or vendors.
- Cost: Freelancers will always be cheaper than an agency. You will get a lower service rate with the same level of quality and results. No surprises, everything will be transparent and upfront during the communication with no hidden costs.
- Flexibility: I will always be available to cater to your demands anytime so you do not have to worry about time zones (even on Saturday). I strive to respond all communications within one hour of receiving them during office hours.
Only me. I’m not using any sub-contractors, unless otherwise specified.
I usually work from my home office in Bhopal, India. Of course, if you wish to meet in person, my bags are packed and I will gladly meet with you.
Each project is unique — The duration of a project depends on its scope and requirements. Once I get briefed on your needs and expectations in a short meeting or call, I will propose a detailed timeline with working hours estimates for each project phase.
Websites
Each website project is unique — The duration of a project depends on its scope and requirements. On average, for a showcase website of 4-5 pages, it can take one to two weeks between the briefing and the project delivery.
For E-commerce websites, it can take from two to four weeks. This timeframe is of course just for informational purpose. Once I get briefed on your needs and expectations in a short meeting or call, I will propose a detailed timeline with working hours estimates for each project phase. If you already have all the content ready, the timeframe would be reduced drastically.
After the proposal is accepted, you will get access to my client portal where you will be able to keep track of all the milestones and tasks of your project and share your feedback. Occasionally, we will hop onto an online-meet where I will share the live website progress and gather your feedbacks. If you prefer the old school way, you can reach out to me via call, email or WhatsApp for suggestions and changes
When it comes to CMS, I work with WordPress. For E-commerce, I work with Shopify and WooCommerce.
Web maintenance is like insurance – recommended but is not mandatory. You can focus on your business, and I will handle your website by ensuring that it remains functional and secure.
Yes, each website project comes with a free website maintenance and support for a specific tenure. Post that, I provide ongoing support for a reasonable cost to keep your website functional and secure.
Design
Yes. Often, clients already use trusted printers and need only print-ready files to submit. If needed, I can help you manage the whole printing process, including recommending vendors, obtaining quotes, and overseeing the project from beginning to end. In this case, I'll add a small print management fee to the project and make sure your projects get delivered to your address within the estimated timeframe

Rates, Contracts and Payments
My rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis according to the work that’s required. If you’d like a more specific ballpark, let me know what you are looking for and I’ll provide a detailed estimate.
Yes, new work relationships always start with a fine contract outlining our rights and duties.
Yes. Most projects are divided into two parts - a 50% deposit and 50% final payment, due within 2 weeks of project delivery. For larger projects, we can set milestones for payments.
I'm accepting the following payment options:
For clients based in India: Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer.
For international clients: Credit Card, SWIFT Transfer, PayPal (6% fee)
